DINOSAURS: TRACES OF THE PAST

Students in years Prep to Two had the opportunity to find out about dinosaurs from Photis (Foti), who came with lots of information and expertise as well as exhibits and artefacts  from the Melbourne Museum. The students had a great time exploring at each of the different tables and were able to share their own extensive knowledge about dinosaurs as well as find out new facts. Looks like it could be a good topic to explore further!

Arthur: I learnt that scientists can tell what  a dinosaur ate from the pooh fossils.

Izzy: The presenter was great. I liked all the fossils to explore.

Harper: The triceratops horn was as long as my arm. I can’t wait to go to the museum in Melbourne.
