We will be holding our whole school Swimming Carnival on Tuesday, 16th February. This is Pancake Day but I don’t think that will slow our swimmers down. Children get to wear their house colours on this day and cheer on their team. They can wear face paint (put on at home as we are unable to share and because of allergies), wigs, etc. Rooms 3, 4 & 5 will walk to the pool ready to start at 11.30am. We will bring the Prep/1 students down once the main races have been completed – this is so they don’t have to wait around too long before their turn to swim. Prep/1 races will be in the toddler pool.
Parents/carers are welcome to attend the carnival; volunteers must have a current WWCC that is on record at school before the event. Everyone who attends must sign in using the QR code at the entrance to the pool. If you are available to help at the carnival, please contact Kellie Hole or the front office.
